As the Brand Strategy Lead at Meta, I orchestrated cross-functional initiatives focused on enhancing brand trust and recognition across Meta's suite of apps and products, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Quest, Messenger and WhatsApp. This involved developing and implementing marketing strategies encompassing critical areas like privacy, diversity, content moderation, and personalized ads. I also introduced a new annual planning model, optimizing brand and product alignment to elevate the customer experience. Notably, I spearheaded the transformation of a long-standing brand undergoing product reinvention, integrating marketing goals with consumer product experience. Additionally, I oversaw creative strategy and advertising campaign management, ensuring resonance with our target audience.
Vice President, Strategic Planning | FCB Chicago | 2013 - 2020
At FCB Chicago, I held positions as Director and later Vice President of Strategic Planning, steering advertising strategy across healthcare, B2B, consumer packaged goods, and shopper marketing clients. Notable achievements include successfully launching new products, executing rebranding efforts, providing digital marketing leadership, enhancing CRM programs, redesigning the annual planning process, and leading a major marketing structure overhaul for a $14B company. I initiated and led the Culture and Inclusion Practice, consulting and educating on inclusivity in client communications across the agency.

I managed a global team and directed projects that unearthed substantial revenue opportunities and provided enriched customer insights through predictive modeling and complex analytics.
